Advising and Registration

• Remove Departmental Advising Hold Form
  Each semester a registration hold is placed on all music majors. After meeting with your advisor, use this form to request that the hold be removed.
• Course Request Form
  Many music courses (applied lessons, ensembles) require permission. Use this form to request registration.
• Declaration of Major Form
  Submit this form to the Music office after meeting with a faculty member in your area of study. You must also submit a declaration of major request using the Program of Study Management channel, located on the Academic Services tab in MyCharleston (my.cofc.edu).
• Declaration of Minor
  Submit a declaration of minor request using the Program of Study Management channel, located on the Academic Services tab in MyCharleston (my.cofc.edu).
